U8's going U9 Silver in the Fall 2012!
We will have 9 U8's returning from a very successful season playing up in Bronze OMEGA this season.
We will be playing U9 Silver South in the Fall of 2012!
We are looking for 2-3 AMAZING players to add to our roster!
Age Bracket- Must turn 8 AFTER Aug. 1st 2011

Elite Eight of Cal Cup
Our boys are playing some great soccer right now. After struggling in our first game tie of 1-1 vs. the Brazil Stars (We out shot the team 10-2) we beat a very good UIFC Prestige team 3-1. The last qualifiying game came against the top Governers team in the state FC Golden State. Our boys battled well and came up short.
This weekend they will be playing in the elite 8 of the tournament against a powerful team from Olympia in their backyard. Good luck GCX!
HEAD COACH- Eric Dykes has over 17 years of coaching experience. He recently joined the Gold Coast team after taking a few years off to start a family. As a high school head varsity soccer coach he never missed the playoffs and is very proud of the fact that he aided many of his players in obtaining scholarships to universities. Several of his ex players are now members of national championship teams and are coaches themselves. He and Assistant coach Alex are good friends and grew up playing soccer together. He is having the time of his life coaching the U9 youngsters!
ASSISTANT COACH- Has been coaching soccer for over 15 years at the high school and college level. He is a well respected coach who's most recent accomplishment was to turn the

- California PL-Capo FC 7-1
- Corona Eagles B02 2-1
and held the Celtic Harps (Silver) 0-0 at the half before sucombing to the #3 ranked U9 team in Coast Soccer! Not bad for a bunch of 7 year olds!
